Repair Robot
Created by Victor Zykov, this autonomous robot in starfish form “adapts oneself to the surrounding terms, and also can repair other models: at first, a robot studies how to walk, after, when damages appear, it studies how to remove them. On assertions of researchers, a basic algorithm which is used in a robot can be used in more difficult mechanisms and also will allow robots to adapt to the changes in an environment and will learn independent repair, by means of replacement of the damaged details.”
